Authentic Lives Workshop
To be honest, before participating, I thought that with just two half-days, I wouldn't gain much. However, it turned out to be far more rewarding than I expected! Each segment of the workshop was engaging and interconnected.
In the beginning, we focused on self-discovery, seeing ourselves through others' perspectives, which revealed aspects of myself I hadn't noticed before. Then, we explored our thinking patterns and reflected on our past, gradually re-evaluating and deepening our understanding of ourselves.
In the latter part of the workshop, we identified our core processes and envisioned our future direction. This journey illuminated my path, helping me find direction amid confusion. Overall, participating in this workshop brought me a sense of fulfillment, boosted my confidence, and helped me rediscover my direction.
